"Stayed at Leela Palace for 4 days. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast could have had more choices but still worthwhile. Service is fantastic. The only downside to the hotel at the moment is the light construction being done. It isn’t visibly noticeable but you can hear some drilling during weekdays mostly in the lobby and some disturbance when in the room. "

"The Imperial is a unique institution, almost a destination rather than a hotel. It is beautiful and its superb art and artifact collection sets it apart from any other hotel we have ever experienced. The staff and concierge are extremely attentive and all our requests were met promptly and with great care. If I have one minor complaint, it is about service in the dining room (1911), which tends to be a little unsystematic though very attentive when someone is actually looking. "
