Lark Cottage, a historic Delhi home, offers a quiet charm and the comfort of village amenities. Furnished with two new kitchens on the first and second floor, this home offers luxurious comfort with sumptuous linens, two comfortable queen beds plus two sofas that serves as additional full beds. In addition there are two newly remodeled full baths, one on each floor of the home also fully equipped with towels, soaps and toiletries. A library/office, two living rooms and a back porch for morning coffee are an added bonus. Ideally situated in the village, restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance and a large driveway offers plenty of off street parking. This home is also the perfect option for All Star Village families as the drive is only 25 minutes away!

Weekend stay
This home is absolutely gorgeous. It is sparkling clean, the decor is stunning, and the architectural details are original and beautifully restored. It is bright and airy and also very relaxing and serene. We had everything we needed from very comfy beds with high quality linens, to breakfast foods, tea and coffee. Loved every minute! We will absolutely stay again. It’s a short walk into the quaint towns with lots of fun shops and restaurants too.

We booked this house to visit family in Delhi. Very well maintained and cleaned. Due to travel delays we actually arrived around midnight and were very pleased to find lights on welcoming us after a long travel day. It was a nice surprise! We’re already planning on booking again next time we visit.

Great Property and Location
The house is a well-done renovation of a classic Catskill village house. It has all the modern conveniences, is spotlessly clean and is very walkable to both the SUNY campus (if you don't mind walking up the hill) and downtown Delhi.

A Lovely Stay!
This place worked out beautifully for a recent trip. Stephanie was quick to respond to our questions. The home was sparkling clean. Loved that the upstairs was like a separate apartment with living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bath. Washer and dryer on both first and second levels. Stephanie left breakfast foods in both kitchens. So thoughtful and convenient!
