"It was terrible experience. First even hotel couldn't be located on the address published on expedia, it took me to Airlines cargo terminal, mobile number was switched off. Struggled and finally able to reach out to the hotel at address provided by hotel staff after 30 minutes. Room was not ready , it took 30 minutes to get it ready. "Stayed at Leela Palace for 4 days. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast could have had more choices but still worthwhile. Service is fantastic. The only downside to the hotel at the moment is the light construction being done. It isn’t visibly noticeable but you can hear some drilling during weekdays mostly in the lobby and some disturbance when in the room. "
