"AWESOME hotel! My friend and I felt like we were first class on the Titanic with how gorgeous the Claridges hotel was. The staff is incredibly helpful, the beds were super comfortable and the shower was hot with strong water pressure. We enjoyed escaping the busy city in the evening by staying in this part of town. "It was terrible experience. First even hotel couldn't be located on the address published on expedia, it took me to Airlines cargo terminal, mobile number was switched off. Struggled and finally able to reach out to the hotel at address provided by hotel staff after 30 minutes. Room was not ready , it took 30 minutes to get it ready.
