"This place apparently had a fire in December 2024 and is only just starting to reopen. I figured something of the sort, because of the extremely low price, less than half what one-star hotels in the area were asking. The very friendly guy at the check-in told me the whole story. was at a 3 day music conference at East Stroudsburg University and that is all we did. However, location of the property was excellent for this event. Easy on and easy off I-80

I recommend going to Compton’s Pancake house, its only ~5-8 minutes drive from the hotel. Also, if you’re into snowboarding/skiing then go to Poconos Camelback Mountain or any other mountain, I’m just recommending camelback since thats where i went.
