"This cottage was perfect for 2 people. It also has space for an additional 2 people (children?) in the loft upstairs but there is only one bathroom. The house itself is very small, but it has everything you need. The kitchen has a small fridge, a microwave and a small oven/stove. We rode the Hiwassee Loop on the train and this place met all our needs for an overnight stay. It would also be a great place to stay for a rafting trip on the Ocoee."

"The room is very nice, and comfortable. Other than not having facial tissues we had everything we needed. The way to get to the entrance could be improved with an actual walkway, stepping stones or something to walk on besides the grass. The grounds outside are not well maintained, and detracts from how pleasant the inside is. Overall we are please with our stay."

We enjoyed cooking out our unit's private charcoal grill, and then socialized at the fire pit with friendly fellow guests. The property management was very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was seamless. Easy access to all the Ocoee-area recreation activities. We will be back!"

"My son met me in Benton for 2 days of fishing. The location was great, about a 3 hour trip for each of us. Wednesday was a successful day out as we both caught about 7 trout. The lodging worked well and we both commented that I was more comfortable than being in a hotel. "

"The bungalow is perfect size for 2. My daughter and I were in town for a college showcase tournament. We found so much nearby to do during the downtown. "Loved our stay! We were here for a wedding so didn't get as much time to enjoy the facilities but we were able to take a short hike and kayak on the river. "We were very happy with how clean the property was upon our arrival. We only needed to drop by the local Food City for groceries to enjoy our stay. We used the fire pit, propane grill, and hot tub during our stay. There was also a set of binoculars and a Bushnell lense for bird watching.
