"Overall satisfied but would have been great if the room and so property was maintened to high standard . Bathroom was in need of mordenising. It was very cold and demp room , my clothes were felt wet in the morning . Could be better as staff were excellent and the restaurant was excellent ."

This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking."
