"The Claridges Nabha Residence is located in a quaint ledge of the mountains near Mussoorie. You can get a nice view of the peaks above and, partly, of the cliff below. The property itself is beautiful but it is evident that it has seen better days. You can see broken vases and plant pots in places and some of the common areas could use some renovation. "the room ac centrally controlled was switched off at midnight around 3 am by the hotel. it was suffocating in the room. when enquired from the Manager and staff - all gave one reply that, they put ac on rest mode so that it may cool later on . it is dangerous if the fresh air is stopped to room and required cooling is not there. it was very uncomfortable and suffocating. i would not recommend this hotel at all to any one . "

"This was supposed to be a 5* hotel. The room we were initially given was dirty and smelly. We asked them to change it. After 3 attempts at showing us different rooms, we were eventually given a clean room and the furniture in it was also clean. The staff were friendly and to be fair they were actually in the middle of renovations. It worked out for us in the end. "
