The amenities were absolutely gorgeous and beyond functional. Plenty of bathrooms, showers, sinks, sitting areas, etc. for our party. We had a wonderful stay!"

"We enjoyed staying at this house while in town for a family wedding. The house was clean and recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels were provided. Be aware there are no young child items. We brought our own baby gate for the stairs and plastic cups and dishwater. Plenty of nice cooking tools in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Very cute ranch in a lovely neighborhood. Good location for access to area sites like Hammonasset Beach, Chamard Vineyard, and the Water's Edge. Not truly a "water's view", but the house had all the amenities needed for a fun stay! "

"Property is ideally located for the casinos. A little bit further then advertised but still an easy drive to both. Communication with Joe was easy and the house was exactly what we expected. There was 8 of us and it catered to all of our needs. 3 bathrooms was a huge plus with that many people. Overall quite happy with our stay"

"Awesome property with everything you need for a great getaway. European chic touches throughout and a location that is just fantastic!! Spectacular Sunrises on the deck with breakfast overlooking Orient Harbor, Bug Light, and Shelter Island are mesmerizing. The view and the setting just never gets old-a real gem!! "Traveled to New London to visit my son at the US Coast Guard Academy. The House was very clean and spacious inside. Mike the owner was extremely helpful and willing to address any issues if there were any. It was only about 12 mins to the academy and about 3mins to downtown. I would stay there again if I ever come back into town. "

"We had an absolute fantastic time staying at this place. My son was got married at the Beech Tree Cottages (also was the perfect wedding venue) in Madison, Ct. about 15 minutes from the house which worked out perfectly for staying here. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Chase was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle free. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a welcome gift. The space was clean, modern and beautifully...

"Lovely house. Perfect for a family getaway for children and adults. Nice number of sleeping options. Three full bathrooms a big plus. Great communal areas and a wonderful backyard. Short walk to the beach. Great time of year to enjoy being on the beach without all the crowds and summer heat. "

"The only ‘concern’ we had was that the heated pool wasn’t heated. Ice cold. Also, one other minor issue was that there were no coffee creamers supplied to the unit. Other than that, the stay was pretty good and room ess quiet and comfortable. "
