"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

The bungalow internally was well equipped and met all our needs during our week long stay, outdoor & externally it was beautiful with complete privacy and lovely greenery and the pergola was a absolute godsend and was used to its full advantage every evening where me and my wife would spend many hours sitting outside in there under candle and low...

"Marja and Carlo are the best hosts! They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. The villa itself is well decorated, clean and spacious enough for 8 people, although the large outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, on sun loungers...

"Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens."
