"Beautifully maintained property (inside and out); incredibly helpful and friendly staff all around, special thank you to the cleaning crew for the wonderful job. We wish to have stayed longer in this oasis, and Sardinia in general. Only issue was getting to this destination (possibly google maps related). Hopefully this tip can help resolve the issue."

Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. "First of all the owner didn’t know English so he used google translate to communicate (through WhatsApp) so you can imagine how difficult it was communicating with him. Secondly, on the website it said they offer 24/7 airport transfers - turns out they just book you a taxi. Thirdly, in my reservation I had breakfast included and the owner just said “yeah we don’t offer breakfast. And even for the price you lie, you shouldn’t even get the air conditioning but we left you the remote anyway” - once...

"This was an excellent property and I enjoyed it fully. The staff were excellent and attentive. The major downside was the lack of cooking facilities which are advertised when booking the room. A wooden board covered the hob with a note saying that the hob couldn’t be used. There was no sign of a microwave either. The cost of going out to eat added up and was an expense I hadn’t budgeted for. "

"Lovely rooftop apartment in the centre of Cagliari with an amazing balcony and great views. 16 minute taxi ride away (20 euro) from airport and central to a main shopping street. The host kept in contact prior to us arriving and due to being a late flight in, we messaged when we were on our way from the airport and he arranged to meet us at the apartment.
