"The room I had was clean but did not like not having a bedbug protector on the mattress which was definitely old. The carpet buckled in the hallway but the location was fabulous and the hotel staff was wonderful. "

"There should be more entrance doors to the property because the parking area is inconvenient. "

"I liked that it was really close to Eastern Michigan University and Depot Town. Close to highway as well! I did not like that you could hear the conversation through the walls in next room, the light coming from under and above the door from hallway at night, the slamming of the doors in the morning and the price of the parking. Parking should be free if you are paying that much to stay there"

"We attended for a business event. Guest services were friendly. Post event was at Woodward’s and the bartender Lindsay was awesome! We added breakfast to our stay, the staff wasn’t friendly and the food was not flavorful although there was a good selection of items. Check out is noon which makes it easier to not have to rush to check out. "
