"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"Despite all the information you have about the location accommodation, I found it very difficult to locate. However when I finally arrived, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was very warm. The only thing I noticed was that there were invoices from probaly a previous occupant in one of the bedroom drawers and some earpods left in the lounge. Maybe their cleaner needs to be more vigilant."

"The property is not as described. It’s a room in a house with shared facilities throughout. Amenities are few with no basics in the room such as a radio or TV. The property listing said ‘pillow menu’. Hmm. The room I had looked nothing like the photos and upon arrival, I checked out the room, and bathroom, and decided to leave.
