"Check in clerk was rude and very condescending. Not sure of their name, no name tag. I got charged for two rooms and then was treated poorly by the clerk when I questioned it. I have stayed several times and never been charged for the first night before I even checked in. The front desk clerk Mackenzie was amazing, sweet and friendly Saturday morning when I went to questions all the charges again because the first clerk was not helpful. Mackenzie got it all straightened out and spoke to me with respect. The bathroom floor was filthy. Not sure when it was mopped last time but wasn’t in the last week. Hair and dusty bunnies in between the vanity and shower and my dark colored bag had dust all over the bottom of it when I picked it up to leave. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Heat worked well and it was quiet. The restaurant had a good breakfast this morning with a small variety, decent prices and the waitress was great. We will stay again. "
