"I booked The Alpine Motel for a quick holiday trip. I was beyond pleased with choice. First of all, the sevice was exceptional. The family that owns this establishment never made me feel as if we were a bother. They gladly obliged my requests. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The location is EXCELLENT. "From the initial check in to the check out, the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spotless, we spilled water in the floor and used white towels to pick it up. By accident we found out just how clean the floors truely were when the white towels that we used were still white! I was a little hesitant as we had never stayed in this line of hotels before. "

"We had a nice trip to Helen and a very nice time. The Hampton staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was a King size bed room. It was overly large and very comfortable. The room was overheated at first, but I turned on the AC and opened the patio door and the room was comfortable after that. I loved the patio/balcony overlooking the river. Great view! The carpeting was a bit dirty and could have used either cleaning or replacing. The breakfast each morning was good and tasty."

"Our suite was exactly what our family needed. We were able to go into town and enjoy different things and come back to the lodge to recharge quickly and safely. The restaurant/bar at the top of the hill had great food and service. I would highly recommend this lodge. We will be returning on our next visit. "

Burnett Cottage <1 milefrom Lake WInfield Scott

Frozen pond, church bells, and a beautiful drive

"We enjoyed a frosty, family weekend at the Burnett cottage. The temps dropped to 14 degrees our first night. We woke up to a peaceful, frozen pond and the most beautiful church bells while we enjoyed a slow morning. Our kids enjoyed decorating the Christmas tree, it was such a sweet detail. We ventured into Dahlonega for the day, but it was so nice to drive over the mountains as the sun was setting and come back to our little retreat after a day of shopping. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to stay in and cook. The electric fireplace was a nice touch for lounging in the living room with a good book or playing board games. The hot tub was lovely, but the frigid winds cut our hot tubbing time short. Our kids enjoyed a soak in the jetted tub instead, haha. Beds were comfy, linens and towels were plentiful, and we felt well taken care of by Joni. We look forward to visiting again for a longer visit someday. "

Awesome Kid, Pet Friendly with Game Room, Hot Tub, Firepit, close to waterfalls

"The cabin is wonderful. Everything we needed for a week. Blairesville is very close for groceries, and all the other towns we wanted to visit are within an hour. Brasstown Bald is a must, such beautiful views! The beds were very comfortable, the house is very clean, with plenty of room to spread out. Thank you for the hospitality Michelle!"

Bear Claw Cabin - Get away from it all in the North Georgia Mountains !!

The PERFECT little cabin!!

"We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin is perfectly laid out, spotless and cozy! The king size bed was so comfy and the sheets were buttery soft! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook 2 full meals. The setting is peaceful, and the owners were very quick to respond. Would stay here again for sure! "

Two Cabins with Hot Tubs-Playset/Sleeps 22/7 Acres

Lovely property

"We really enjoyed the property as there was lots for my 8 grandchildren and 3 granddogs to do- playground, volleyball net, hot tub, gorgeous woods to roam. The dogs had a blast! However, we had trouble with the larger cabin living room TV, spotty WiFi, and there is a huge need for lamps in the living room and bedrooms. Only overhead lighting available. The fireplace didn’t work in the living room either. Huge disappointment as it was a chilly weekend. We would only rent again if these things were improved. Also think it would be nice to have more king size beds rather than queen when space allows."

My 50th Birthday Celebration!

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin is so much more than we could have ever imagined. We cancelled dinner plans twice because the house was cozy and great we did not want to leave! The room sleeps 28 people! We were 14 and had 2 rooms left over! I would recommend this cabin to ANYONE!"
