Cabin is isolated in the woods. It is s beautiful A frame inside and out! The beams and woodwork really enhanced the experience. The cleanliness was notable!! Everything needed was supplied. Again, great getaway!
The location was great the property is very cute but needs some TLC lots of stairs not kid friendly or elderly . Need new beds and kitchen is small but manageable. Lots of games but no coasters. The creek gives is amazing and very relaxing. Also we came forChristmas and only had a small tree with lights
The Cabin was very nice. We loved the cozy feeling of the living area. The hot tub is the nicest we have had at a cabin. The house is not too far from Helen and also very close to Ingles if you forget something. We pretty much just stayed in though and enjoyed the cabin!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was secluded enough that you felt like you were away from others, but still an easy drive to town! My toddler (2) enjoyed all of the stairs ha. The layout of the cabin was cool to us and we enjoyed it. We would stay again!
Beautiful setting! Rustic with all the conveniences. Maximum use of space with stairs and circular staircase. Driveway and outside stairs could use a little att. But there had been about a foot of rain from Helleen recently.
Very relaxing and calm and the creek sounds are great. I might stay there again.... The spiral staircase to lower level might not be perfect for us old folks lol but the feel of being away from everything was perfect! I enjoyed my stay!
Relaxing little cabin, close enough to go into town but far enough away not to notice. The stairs are not the most plus size friendly, but we managed. Would definitely book again.
Everything was as expected. A little issue with some kitchen supplies not available but was able to purchase in town and left behind for next visitor. Creek and waterfall were calming, hot tub was wonderful, and best sleep we've ever had while travelling.
This property is very clean! I loved staying here. It is a short drive to Helen, which has some nice shops and restaurants. I loved the fire pit out back next to the stream. Very relaxing.
We came for the wineries and the property was so convenient.
Everything felt so cozy and the waterfall in the backyard made it hard to leave.
Perfect weekend getaway, thank you!
The house was clean and comfortably furnished. It had the basic spices and cooking utensils the beds and couches were comfortable. There is no downstairs fridge, so bring a cooler unless you want to get your stair steps in. The fire pit was nice next to the babbling creek. The hot tub was convenient as well.
It is close to a few restaurants and a huge Ingles grocery store.
We would definitely stay again.
What makes this property is the sight and sound of the waterfall. The beautiful view is from all decks and the hot tub is an added bonus. The main photo showed availability to the fire pit at the creek but was unavailable for us without any prior communication due to a stair safety hazard. While the contact manager was responsive, there was no solution, just an apology. Check this has been repaired prior to booking.
We came up for hiking Waterfalls in area. Cabin close to town but yet secluded enough to get away from it all! Enjoyed listening to the creek while drinking coffee in the mornings and enjoying some wine at night. Little touches from the rental company were so nice for the Kitchen and Bathrooms.
After hiking I didn’t enjoy the stairs as much but my daughter had a blast there with the spiral staircase and game table downstairs.
I did contact them about minor listing issue but they advised they corrected listing for future bookings. Overall a great place to stay, enjoy and relax.
Not much negative to say about this cabin! I’ve seen in other reviews that the spiral staircase is quite small, and it is. And the downstairs area could use a mini fridge or something. Those are my only issues with the cabin. The waterfall in the back was beautiful and to hear that water running at night while going to sleep is wonderful. Other cabins surround you but are basically separated by woods. Beautiful cabin, I would recommend it to anyone!

Moldy
The land is beautiful, but we were unable to use the bottom level due to the mold. When we spent any time down there, our heads began to clog. I have a child who is allergic to dogs. While there was no dog hair, there is definitely dog dander and a strong pet odor. The first night, I cleaned the mold off of the back of the laundry room door to try to make the space usable, to no avail. We lost use of the queen bed (which is downstairs) and my children slept on the couch. We left a day early because we couldn’t keep making ourselves sick. This house needs a deep clean and three or four dehumidifiers.
