"This property is a real treasure in that it’s managed by the owners who greet you upon arrival and provide you with a wonderful breakfast. Rooms are small, and there is a lack of storage, but the charm of this place and location made up for that small shortcoming. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the kitchenette and clean swimming pool. Distance and access to Bruge was an easy drive and the owner gave us very clear directions to the underground parking that put us right in the center of Bruges. This hotel is located on a quiet country road. "

"Met by host, Serge, who gave us a great welcome and intro to property. Host had included some welcome treats, including a bottle of champagne and Belgian chocolates.. and Christmas decorations as we celebrated Christmas here. Fully equipped kitchen, heating and comfy beds meant a great stay. We used the cottage as a base for exploring the area and it was great- the beachfront at De Haan was beautiful and easy access to Ghent and Bruges… Great communication and check out procedure… Thanks so much Serge and Ann, we had a wonderful stay and looked after the cottage as our own. We can see why this cottage and the location would be so popular in Summer. Thanks again."
