"Very very average. Air con doesn’t work, lamp broken and wobbly in bedroom, spa way too hot and cannot be adjusted (had to find a hose and add cold water) the couch is very uncomfortable. Overall it’s aged and odd. Not even good to take pets as there are no fenced off area’s."

"Serenity was in a beautiful bush setting with easy access to walks in forests and along creek and also a good walk into Daylesford centre. The house was very comfortable- good beds, comfy sofas, good dining area and kitchen well equipped including a great large fridge. Bathroom clean and functional but old style and limited sink space for a larger group. Great warmth from the fireplace and split systems but gas space heater wasn’t working. Would recommend"

"Beautiful character home on a wonderful location. Suited our group of friends perfectly. Stunning outdoor areas to relax or have drinks. One bedroom is located off the courtyard but joined to the main building. All 3 bedrooms are very comfortable and Jane has thought of everything for your stay. Jane is onsite and easy to contact with great response times. Check in and check out were very easy. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning. "
