"Comfortable and good price. Very communicative host. The only suggestion would be since advertising that it hosts 6, then have six plates, six bowls, etc. only had eat ware for 4. It's not a big deal since there are dollar trees close by. I'd stay there again. "

"Like the other reviews we found this home in a nice quiet neighborhood. My husband and I were in Albany for a motorcycle safety class and this house was on a few minutes from were we needed to go for the class. Demetric was quick to answer messages, checking in and out was easy, and the place was spotless. "

"Between the arcade games, swimming pool, indoor basketball hoop and the comfy couches, it was a was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend renting from them. The house has a wonderfully fun and comfy vibe. The hosts were easy to communicate with and that is a huge plus when renting from VRBO. "

"The house was beautiful my son called it his dream house for his 18th birthday. We got to experience the best snowfall in the most charming town. Was perfect for a travel up from Florida. Can’t wait to stay again during the summer!"

"Stayed in this nice location to go north a bit to hike and have a nice place for a large group to sleep and have dinner together."

"The home was in a bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless people walking around which made us feel unsafe. Trash was left from previous renters. Home was very old and had a smell. Back door does not lock even with it being locked all you have to do is push door open. Trash left under beds. Home was dusty. Felt like i walked into a time capsule. "

"This was the perfect size place for me and my dog while I’m in between places. Easy to access and nice and quiet."

"The house was extremely clean. Lots of space and the pool table room was a hit. Secluded and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with supplies and utensils. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. 10/10 "

No WIFI password insight. House was not very clean. Floor not swept in areas, dirty mirrors. "The A/C situation was not good. Two tiny window units that did not keep house cool. Beds were very small. Neighbors were up all night with loud music every night."

"We were in the Albany area for an event and were lucky to have found this propery. It offered everything we needed and was cost effective for our party. This property was conveniently located 10 minutes from our event venu and no more than 10-15 minutes from a great selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. The house is a great size with one huge master suite (king bed) on the second floor and 3 additional bedrooms downstairs. When we stayed the bedrooms downstairs were set up...

"We were evacuating from a hurricane and this house was a safe place to stay. All necessities were there, but it IS an older home and comes with all that entails. Creaky floors and settling noises. Doors were not air tight, so on the warmer nights bugs were abundant and able to get in. The location was nice, although not near anything. Fenced in yard was good for the dog. Neighbor was very nice and helpful when we had issues with a lock. any really"
