"We had a great stay! The house is clean, cozy, and very peaceful. It’s a perfect hideout with easy access to Santa Cruz and Los Gatos. There were plenty of comfortable beds and fun activities. Ernesto was very responsive and accommodating!"

"We were in the South Bay for a wedding at Nestledown and didn't want to make the drive back home after festivities. This cabin is indeed cute, definitely tucked into the forest, and couldn't be any more convenient for the wedding venue unless it was literally on site. Host was quick to respond and place was tidy and comfortable."

"The two bedroom place was comfortable and clean. It had everything one needed for privacy in a convenient location: driving to get to the place is like driving through a Redwoods park "

"I initially was impressed with the property but as soon as i got to the room i was put off. It was a tiny section underneath the owners house and I could hear everything they said and did through the walls. To top that off, the locks didnt work properly so i felt unsafe. The front door also was mostly a window and had a blind that didnt even cover the whole thing so you could see in from outside which didnt feel very private. To make matters worse, my fiancee laid on the bed and felt something crawl on her. It turned out to be a bed bug. We didnt know what to do so we called vrbo. Long story short, they called the owner and he barged into the room and told us to get the eff out and was screaming at us. Later his wife continued to berate us and treat us like garbage. We asked for a new room and they said you either stay in that room or leave. We didnt have anywhere else to go so we tried to stay but he turned off the electricity to our heaters, mind you it was 60 degrees out and almost midnight. We had to get police involved and still havent gotten our money back. I would highly recommend NOT going there unless you want any of the previous things to happen to you. I personally did not feel safe there and I dont think you would either. "

"The hot tub did not work. And was not advised. Owner did not informed us and knew a month prior. We choose the property for the hot tub. Was very disappointed. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. otherwise the property was beautiful. The view was beautiful as well. We had a great time."
