Nice property close to the beach
"The property is clean and well maintained. All the amenities needed are provided. Check in and check out details were not provided, so had to contact the owner and wait for a response when we arrived and did not know what was expected of us upon leaving. Code lock doors would be a convenient upgrade. ..."

Perfect location
"Great view of the bay and a short walk to the gulf side. The place was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the mattresses. Like other reviews have said they are pretty bad. I’d at least recommend a mattress topper if nothing else."

The Market on the island only has basic things, plan ahead ( which we were aware of before our trip) . There is a great local seafood shop to get fresh seafood. The island is pleasant and relaxing.

Will be the number one vacation spot from here on out. Beautiful views, everyone friendly, quiet, nice and relaxing. Love it!

The island is very laid back in late October. Not many tourists, it seems. We enjoyed watching the Witches Ride (people wore costumes and decorated bikes for Halloween) and enjoyed the party/live music at Dorty's. Redhouse band.
