Mom and Daughters Weekend!
The Inn was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with my daughters over Mother's Day weekend. Great location, beach is beautiful, pools are amazing, quiet and peaceful. All of the interior is decorated nicely, very comfy, and well stocked with everything you need.

32nd anniversary relaxation
Sea decor, relaxing, beach walks, pool swims, sun bathing, souvenir shops, restaurants for fresh seafood, aquarium, marina, flea market. Great people to visit with! Will be back when a bit cooler.

Wonderful Getaway
Had a wonderful vacation. The condo is well equipped and has everything you need to make you feel right at home. The large oceanfront balcony provides amazing third floor views and great for dinner in the evenings. The beach is beautiful, clean and morning walks are incredibly peaceful. Another thing I noticed immediately upon arrival was the condo complex was very well maintained. First time to the Island and already looking at dates to book again next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Relaxing week
Great location on Dauphin Island. Relaxing and quiet atmosphere the week we were there. Easy to navigate the booking and check-in process. Condo was fully equipped with everything you need and quite comfortable. Enjoyed the view from the balcony! On-site staff seemed as though they didn’t want to interact with people but maybe that’s a good thing as we weren’t bothered at all.

Perfect location for birdwatching
My husband and I were on Dauphin Island to birdwatch. The condo allowed us to walk to Pelican Point and was minutes away from the Shell Mound, West End and the Airport birding locations. The property was clean, the communication from the owner was clear. We have no complaints. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the ocean and see more birds! We hope to stay at the same property when we return to Dauphin Island in the fall.

This was a great condo and was perfect for us. The weekend we went it was a little cool but we still had a great time. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed it!

The perfect little spot
We love this unit and the whole property! The pools and beach are never crowded. Everything is always very clean and well taken care of. This is our 2nd time vacationing here and it definitely won’t be our last.

Nice, clean, great view, easy access to beach,restaurants, etc. Minor negatives.. Last time here property owner had closet full of beach items available. Check out could be an hour or two later. Felt rushed at 10:00... Overall great trip, accomodating location. Definitely be back for 3rd year.

Great 1st Trip to Dauphin Island
This was our first trip to Dauphin Island. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there are plenty of towels. Appliances are new. Pool area is great. With two pools, it was never crowded. Walk to the beach is very manageable because of the boardwalk. Great experience and would stay here again.

Peace and quite
The property was as listed and clean. The beaches were beautiful and not crowded since its off season. We rented chairs from Chaise n Ray's which was great. There are a few restaurants on the Island but no grocery store. Its about 25 mins back over bridge. Islanders was our favorite place to eat. Would recommend this unit and hopefully will stay again.

Location location location
We loved the condo, it was clean, the decor was perfect and the beds were comfortable! The view was AMAZING! One of the pools was warmer than the other and the kids loved it and the option to walk the short pier to the beach. The communication from the rental company was fantastic and we had no Issues whatsoever. The condo has all the kitchen options and cookware you could need. We loved the location to walk to several restaurants, parks etc. the island has a lot to explore and not far from other cities. We would definitely come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lobby was clean and nicely air-conditioned. The elevators were clean and prompt. The pool and area was clean. Unit 305 was well-equipped with kitchen items. Could use more dishcloths. The kitchen and baths were clean. The unit needs a deep cleaning as the ceiling fans and baseboards were dirty. The couch and chair need to be cleaned. The box springs need replacing as they would creak every time you rolled over. Was unable to get the tv in the second bedroom to work. Owner needs to check the ceiling in living room and master for water damage. Unit felt cozy and inviting otherwise. 6 digit code for room was a bit much. Skinner's Seafood, Reel Deal BBQ and Seafood, and Lighthouse Bakery were all good places to eat. Take a wagon or plastic toboggan sled to get items to the beach. It is a hike!

Great relaxing beach vacation
Our stay in Dauphin Island was fantastic! It definitely has a more laidback feel than any other beach we’ve gone to. If you’re looking for a place to go to just disconnect and relax then this is your spot. The condo couldn’t have been any better. Great location, high ceilings with 8ft sliding doors in the main room and main bedroom providing fantastic views of the ocean. It was well appointed, clean, has a great location, and very convenient to have a washer/dryer. If you’re a coffee drinker bring your favorite coffee. There’s a 12 cup coffee pot that takes flat filters, and not really a consistently open coffee shop/bakery to pick up a morning cup of Joe. The restaurants have a relaxed vibe and some great food. We’d definitely recommend Dockside seafood, Miguel’s, Pirates Bar and Grill, and the Lighthouse Bakery. It’s true there’s not a grocery on the island, or even a stop light, but you can get to a grocery in about 10-15 minutes, and it’s one you’ll pass on the way into the island. If you’re looking for a unique handmade souvenir checkout the Dauphin Island Heritage and Art Center. Like most things in the island the hours are a little hit and miss, but that’s what the beach is for, and you can’t beat the views from the balcony of the condo, beautiful sunsets, some big shells to find, and if you’re lucky an amazing nighttime lightning storm over the ocean to watch from the balcony. We loved our stay here, and are definitely looking forward to going back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay started off rough as we were not made aware of the necessary gate code to enter the parking lot. I had to call the rental agency to get the code. We were disappointed that there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a four night stay. Also the mattress in the master bedroom could stand to be replaced. Other than these complaints, the stay went pretty well. Being on the beach is wonderful and the location is close to everything on the island.I don't fault the condo, but I did have my credit card number stolen from this reservation. Some fraudulent chargers were made and my e-mail address has been signed up for many newsletters. I phoned the rental management and they said this is the first they've heard of such an occurrence, but I'm sure this was the event because we don't use the card for anything else but Amazon. Between the hacking of my credit card, the lack of a gate code and the bad mattress, I don't think we will be staying here again.
