"Absolutely Amazing Stay – Already Planning Our Return! We recently spent 20 days at Salaya Beach Houses, with 16 days of incredible diving, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We stayed in a penthouse room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days of adventure. The entire resort was impeccably maintained, making it a pleasure to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We opted for the full-board package, which offered generous portions at every meal. However, as we were staying for an extended period, we would have welcomed some lighter options to balance the offering. To add to the relaxation, we also had a couple of massages, and they were the best we’ve ever had—we would highly recommend them to anyone visiting the resort. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making our experience even more memorable. The dive operation was exceptionally well-run, with highly professional dive guides and crew who made each dive safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable. The diving itself was spectacular, and the team’s expertise made all the difference. We had such an amazing time that we are already planning our next visit! "We rented a private villa for our family’s get together. It was clean and well kept. We had a private pool and it was perfect for us to enjoy the perks of a resort with the privacy we needed as a family. "

"The room I stayed in was nice. Which that what ya pay for. The room had a water heater,but no coffee, nor coffee cups. Just had beer and pop that was a cost. Both mornings I was there went to breakfast, the lady that was taking the order was very dismantle. Her attitude toward us was like you didnt feel welcome there. Couldn't wait get through eating and get out of there. And their kichten was supposed open up at 6am,which didn't happen. Had walk down to ask when they was going to open. Really not much to due at this place but swim in a pool. Really isnt worth the price! "

"The diving was awesome ... something new every dive. Guides (Ace) were very skilled and spotted all the things we wanted to see on our muck diving treasure hunts. Resort staff and manager were super friendly and sorted a couple of our trips outside the property. Trip to Oslob went well with total round trip 6am to 1pm and no wait in any queue to see those wonderful whale sharks. Another day trip to the Baslay hotsprings we did by scooter, what fun! Beautiful Tokamak restaurant was a great place to eat. Overall, no complaints with Mike's, peaceful and diving at the pace that suits you."
