"My husband and i had a great stay for his 40th birthday. The property manager let us check in early which is a huge perk if youve flown in. Its within walking distance to everything in downtown hisrotic savannah but on a quiet street.we did have a plumbing issue during our stay but the property manager responded right away and handled the issue to our satisfaction. Even with this, id stay there again. "

"Great place, great location. Very clean & kitchen well equipped. Beds & bedrooms wonderful. A little Maintenance needed. Showerhead in front bedroom needs replacing & bathroom fixtures in half bath downstairs & sink need a little tightening g & repair. Otherwise all great!!!!Loved it & want to book for next book festival. "

"this was my first time in Savannah. The house was gorgeous! Everything one needed. Also I have never stayed anywhere where both master bedrooms are top notch. No second choice. Both 5 star! I was able to see so much on foot! The courtyard made it so convenient to move it, and out. And have an outside place to sit. Parking was fabulous. But you really don’t need your car.
