"Not great compared to the places in Beitou, but Jiaoxi has a lot less focus on the hot spring element. This hotel has a really nice size bath, but nothing particularly special about the facilities. The snacks and water availability are great. The breakfast is very good but standard. As long as you get a good price, I highly recommend this hotel."

The hotel representative shifted the blame to us and claimed that we misunderstood as we had booked a room for 3 pax ( window room but the window was sealed and blocked) when the pic shown was a room for 4. However, he agreed to upgrade us for a day and subsequently downgrade us to a no window room the next day. We believed the beds were filthy as we had many bites and rashes after the first night. "very friendly cleaning staff who helped us to facilitate an earlier arrival at the hotel -contacted the hotel owner on our behalf as we were unable to as well as let us drop off our luggage earlier and explained the check in/check out details for us. place was really clean and overall a great experience. only downside will be the slightly old toilet but otherwise it’s really good ! basic amenities - shampoo, body wash, towels, toiletries and hair dryer provided 👍👍"
