"What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again ."

"A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. "

"We spent our honeymoon in this beautiful place the barn was lovely with everything we could have wished for and a beautiful secluded garden which our dog Bella loved. We had a great time exploring Dartmoor which was helped by the gorgeous weather."

"Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay."

"Great for family gatherings or parties. The Cinema, pool room and hot tub were a great addition to the villa. Rooms are nicely done, the kitchen and diner are just perfect."

"The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people."

"All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.. "Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. The stairs are extremely steep, but you are advised about that. Having said that. Paul the host and VRBO were very...
