"Tried to message the property owner but never responded, the two tv’s in the other bedrooms didn’t work, and the lock on the inside of the front door was installed crooked and was loose and didn’t want to get blamed for any damage of it even tho it was literally like that when I walked into the house"

"The furniture and master bedroom bed was pretty old and worn and as such not the most comfortable. We didn't use any of the other beds. Over all we had a nice stay and the fenced backyard is a plus if you're traveling with pets. A great location with lots of space. Host was very responsive to our issue opening the door at check in."

"We stayed with 8 kids and 4 adults. We were comfortably accommodated (we did have kids sleep on the floor). Everything we needed was there and it was all pretty new! There was no back yard but a big front yard. Lots of extra blankets and pillows which we appreciated!"

"This place has many amenities and it is very peaceful. They do need to fix some small issues and it’s in need of a deep clean in the pantry. It would be good to provide a stocked kitchen of the essentials such as dishwashing soap, paper towels and minor things like measuring cups. We had a large group of people and the amount of toiletries were insufficient. Several things need to be repaired but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"I’ve stayed at this property before and it is still an incredible home and area. The only thing I noticed that may have been overlooked is the bathroom toilet paper holder in the master bedroom is broken. Other than that everything is AWSOME. I will stay here again on my next trip if it’s available."

"Our stay was great. Everything in the unit was neat & clean. Wished for a few things that weren't at the house (No BBQ grill & no toaster). I did not bother sending a message as we adjusted our menu with the lack of a grill, and we purchased a rather cheaply priced toaster at Walmart which we left at the house for future guests use.Great proximity to LSU campus, not too far to the convention center and other places of interest.
