Unfortunately I did have noisy people in adjoining rooms who played loud music and the room the other side had tv on loud but that’s the lack of concern for others that’s all too common now and not the fault of the guest house. Made a mistake with my room allocation but quickly resolved by Dave on reception who was doing the job of two people. Decor could be better and the rooms but for what I paid it was outstanding. £5 to park your vehicle overnight but overall very good. The view over the sea in the morning was very welcome."
