"The staff were excellent and so friendly, and the breakfast was so good! My only problem was the creaking floor overhead in our bedroom. The occupants started moving about from 5am and so that put an end to a very comfortable sleep!"

While the decor is dated and should be redone, the rooms are comfortable and relatively large and the staff is very personable and will go the extra mile to make you comfortable. The location is great, a little away from the hustle and bustle of Soho and Picadilly but still walkable. It is also close to Shepard Market, a charming enclave of restaurants and shops."

"A really classic hotel with a lot of history, they do a good job of keeping the deco traditional yet keeping it clean and classy. The staff were all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, shout out to Raj for a smooth check in and shout out to the New York Bar for great service, very knowledgeable staff, delicious food and pretty unique cocktails! Thanks for starting off a really memorable night for us! The only thing I would mention would be there was a slight bar smell coming from the air...
