The neighbourhood was very pretty and the closest 'high street' had a wonderful Turkish vibe - great baklava! There were also other great high streets within walking distance, each unique. "Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. The place could’ve been better cleaned in our opinion as there was clear evidence of prior occupants (empty alcohol bottles in drawers etc). I think this place would be...

"We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. It was great, the pool opening times 10am-5:30pm really helped us manage the children’s and made for a very relaxing break. We didn’t venture out...

"Owners very friendly. Ideal for children, Lovely outside areas including Romany caravan, Wendy houses, Tennis Court, 2 BBQ areas, 2 trampolines, zip wire, lots is outside seating, duck pond, chickens etc. Plenty of choice, but some of the equipment has seen better days !"

"Accommodations were very basic. No essentials were provided, soap, shampoo, paper towels, tissues, salt, and pepper. It would be a big plus too have a couple more hooks and shelves in the bathroom to be able to place things. Another chair in the main living area would be helpful. Plan to bring everything with you. The gardens were beautiful and very relaxing. Overall worked for us."
