"I have only given staff and service 1 star as there was one member of staff who was very rude when serving at the bar to both my partner and other customers waiting to be served. We were going to enquire about having breakfast before leaving however the same member of staff was on the reception desk and didn’t even raise her head to acknowledge us and even though we were standing in front of her we were totally ignored. Consequently we just left our room key and went for breakfast elsewhere."
