"This cottage is represented well by the photographs on the website. It had everything we needed for our stay. We are two adults and two children (15, 12) and there was adequate room for us all. There were no issues with parking directly outside the property, we managed to get a space everytime. Helmsley is a lovely place, everyone was very friendly. This cottage was an excellent base for exploring the nearby area."

"This lovely little cottage was just perfect for me and my 2 dogs. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed the woodburner on a couple of more chilly evenings, the shower is great (and very roomy!) the bed was super comfortable too. The area is lovely, with the enchanting Hackfall Wood just a short walk away. Masham is very pretty and we had a lovely lunch at the very dog friendly/welcoming Kings Head. "Lovely cottage in Fremington. Nicely furnished and exactly as advertised. Kitchen has a washer/dryer which is very handy and a dishwasher. Nice bathroom with shower over bath and plentiful hot water. Beds really comfortable and loads of space upstairs. Underfloor heating in lounge was a treat and wood burner lovely on a cold February night. Enclosed front garden, made it easy for the dogs and would be nice to sit out in the summer. "We have had a lovely four day stay at the cottage which was very enjoyable. The cottage was immaculate and very well furnished and cosy with a very welcome log burner for the cooler evenings. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated and was in an ideal location for walking/ cycling and quite a few good pubs nearby for meals /drinking we will certainly be back.
