"I can’t say enough good things about this lovely home between Rutland and Manchester, VT! The location was ideal for our getaway, surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and the perfect balance of quiet and accessibility. The property itself was charming and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of – from the fire pit and grill outside to the comfortable indoor setup with board games and TV. The host went above and beyond to make our stay special, even checking in upon our arrival to...

Cabin in So. Vt enjoy the Mtns.

"The cabin is larger than I expected; it is essentially a small house, and proved supremely comfortable. Vermont gets *cold* in the winter, but we always felt cozy inside. The decor, while simple, is tasteful and evokes a Longfellowian image of a comfortable country retreat. Shower and bath is *hot* and revitalizing. We hiked up the Appalachian trail and supplied our necessities at the Country Store, both within easy walking distance. Difficult hike in snowy and icy conditions, but well worth it...

Magical lakehouse on 5 acres in Green Mtns

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (12)
"Home is beautiful, clean and offers a lot of indoor and outdoor space. Our group really enjoyed the balcony, decks, hot tub, and the projector screen for some scary movies. The best part was this house was dog friendly, so we got to enjoy the big yard and lake views with our furry friends. Our host John was kind, and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again, or recommend to others."

"Had a great time staying at Charles’ place. My kids (5 and 3) loved the air hockey table and the front yard allowed for some great sledding. The location was exactly what we were looking for with easy access to Bromley, Wild Wings, and Manchester for outings. Would definitely come back."
