"Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock."

"My family and I stayed for a ski weekend up at Mount Sunapee. The house was perfect for our needs and just a quick 5 minutes from the mountain. The hosts had thought of everything and we had a great experience! We will be back!"

"The house is very comfortable and clean. There is everything you need for a vacation. The sauna is the best I have ever tried. We had a great weekend and celebrated New Year in the house. Special thanks to the owner for decorating the house for the holiday!"

"This container house is really great. We enjoyed a family getaway and really loved the quiet location. Beds were great, heaters kept it cozy, view over the snowy field was fantastic.Only problem was that we had a plumbing issue that caused us to cut our vacation short - the owner Amanda came over immediately, worked on it for hours, and eventually had to bring in help. While we were sad to have to leave early, I can't fault the owner for an unforeseen issue, and she did everything in her power...

"Lake was absolutely worth the trip. Even had kayaks and canoes. I give this place a lower rating just because the house was not up to par. It was dirty, had a weird smell, and there was mold. Housekeeping can do better"

"The cabin was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights. The waterfall and nature surrounding the cabin were beautiful. Had a small issue when we arrived with the heater. However, after a quick text with Vinnie, he was there in a few minutes and had us back in good shape. The internet and cell coverage is pretty limited, but at a place like that, who needs internet. We just had a tough time getting a hold of the kids to check in back home. Highly recommend and Vinnie is super responsive. "

Our older kid loved having the bunk house as a bedroom. And the screened in porch was the most perfect and comfortable place for us to have all of our meals. I was a little worried about the lake when we first arrived. The house is located in a grassy part of the lake. But it is a quick boat ride to the sandbar...
