"Great location. Very old camp that was pretty clean despite the age...except for the carpeting. Walkway into the camp just an uphill, rocky path. Quite hazardous, especially if wet. Also challenging to get luggage up, especially for older adults or anyone with mobility issues Needs improvement"

Did some fun stuff.Lands End store at end of Bailey Island and beach. Cooks lobster House. Cabot Antique mall and flea market in Brunswick. Had the best blueberry pancakes we ever had at the Kopper Kettle. Popham Beach topped everything off! talked with David at the end of the trip and hope to rent from him again! "

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. Loved how we could easily walk to Boothbay. Access to the kayaks was a huge plus too. If there was one bit of advice I could offer, it would be to reduce the amount of furniture in the cabin. I believe there were 15 chairs within."

"Interesting old cabin in a pretty location. The kitchen was well supplied with all cooking items we needed. Furnace worked great, and the fireplace was very nice as well. Plenty of space. Only downside was the first night was breezy and one bedroom had some gaps in the walls where the chinking had fallen out--a wee bit drafty. All in all, a fun place though."
