"Can’t fault MacDonald Hotels. The service was excellent in the restaurant and at reception. The TV and heating worked and the bed was comfortable. I only hope you are treating your staff well and paying them well over the minimum wage. "

"The hotel is located within some outstanding scenery with Loch Alvie literally on your doorstep. We were all made to feel welcome, including Dizzy the dog , and the chefs produced some delicious food as we sat near a blazing log fire. Room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. The only grumble we would have is that we were charged for our dog's stay on a nightly basis, to cover additional cleaning, as opposed to per visit, you would only clean the room once even after 2 nights stay."
