"This place is for people who love peace and quiet and privacy, we do. Noise from the road is almost minimal, perhaps if you sit in the front garden but we spent all time in the back garden watching sunrises, ships passing by, listening to bird songs early morning, fishing from the private beach. Location worked well for us, we used our car to get around, nearest supermarket is in Dunoon about 15 minutes drive away. "The property all on ground floor which was great close to the hospital. It was local to where we were meeting relatives for a long weekend away. Very clean and well heated and wifi was ok. Only negatives were we couldnt find a toaster or a wire grill to toast in oven and after contacting host re hairdryer was told in was broken. "The apartment was just as grand as the photos show. Nothing was overlooked and all very grand and opulent. The hosts have thought of everything to a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of glasses and crockery etc. Probably not child friendly with steep stairs leading up to the property and lots of low level delicate stained glass windows and internal glass doors. Would thoroughly recommend staying here for a special occasion! low level stained glass doors"
