"Amazing, highly recommend it!! Everyone was super friendly, room was very clean, they were very thoughtful in all aspects. Even had pillow menu where u could choose the type of pillow you want! "Overall the hotel was good, although personally I would not stay here again. My personal points. Pros 1) staff very friendly and helpful. 2) maids were excellent, room was also spotless. 3) general hotel was clean and well presented. 4) close to a small beach, although the beach was often crowded and the sea was quite shallow, if you like swimming it was possible to wade out 150m to the deaper water. 5) walkable distance to the old town, approx 15-20 min walk depending on your pace. 6) shops...

"The customer service here is top notch. Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room with a balcony facing the water. "The staff were always smiling. The wellness centre is fantastic although i would prefer an On Demand button for the Jacuzzi rather than wait 25 mins. Breakfast was so good, i dont normally eat it but went down every morning. Room waa fantastic and the view of sunrise and sunset is better than the Maldives (i should know after a year there). Only thing i didnt enjoy was the 3am call from the neighbours loud "jiggy jiggy" ;@) but this only happened once. I will be back, no doubt about that."

"The hotel location is GREAT! Right at the edge of the palace, and close to bus station, many dining options. The room I stayed had great sea views. What I got impressed most was the professionalism displayed by staff members! I travelled in their low season, and I was the only guest at multiple hotels in Crotia, and the staff at this one stood out! They were kind and accomodating. Anna prepared breakfast with a good variety of options for food and drink, even though I was the only guest that morning. I am so touched. Thank you Anna! "

"I would stay again at this place in a heartbeat as a matter of fact I did. Inside the rooms somethings are a little bit worn but that’s ok s it has the best hotel shower I have ever had. When you arrive at the front of the Hotel go to the door on the left side street, go to the Elevator and press 3, that is the floor the hotel and reception is on. "
