Vedran ( property manager) met us with many suggestions for our stay, plus when we wanted a vineyard tour and nice lunch he was very helpful in setting it up. Cavtat is pretty much an ideal location. It is stunning in its own right and ideally situated. We went to Dubrovnik once by ferry and once by suburban bus. Restaurants were a short walk and pretty darn good. "We had a very pleasant time in Family, we rent the 2 houses ( West and East ) for a total of 15 people and had quite enough space. Sea view is amazing and place is very calm. There are beaches accessible by foot. Contacts with booking team are quite easy, they are very responsive. Great holidays !"
