"It is the worst, dirtiest property i’ve ever been in my whole entire life. The room floor is filthy and the kitchen if also filthy. We had to put our towels on the bed for us to sleep on and were not able to sleep because of the noise( the property is on the main road) and because of the dirtiness. We checked in at 9:00 PM and checked out at 1:00 AM of the same day. Add to this It was not clear that the property is a house with one toilet and 4 rooms. We had so much trouble to open the house...

"When I first got here on the bus it started out a little confusing where exactly this place was. But was I found found the place the check in was easy to do. But the property manager Alexander was an excellent help during my stay. This resort was very quaint and excellent for couples who is visiting the area."

Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. "A nice pleasant stay. Brilliant location right in the middle of central Nicosia. Place was a bit confusing to find from the road but after asking a passer by I found it ok. It’s inside the American College building 4th floor. Room itself was of good quality and find up to a fairly high standard. Bedding was really good and it had a big bathroom with a generous size shower too. Ideal for city break and close to amenities. Would definitely stay here again. "
