The only thing is some items in the unit could be updated the dryer did not work, and could do with an update of the linen - pillows and the bed was not the greatest Overall a good place to stay if you want close to the hub in Fortitude Valley and the City. "Pre-arrival check-in process was fast, simple and allowed me to check-in whilst in my uber transferring from the airport. The digital key was a great feature, but sometimes impractical. The only negative for me during this stay was the noisy garbage chute right outside my apartment door. Many many positives however, it’s a new building, very we’ll, decorated and maintained and very helpful and friendly staff assisted me with several enquiries promptly. "
