"The property is located on a nature reserve, so it very quiet. There are a couple of walks the stargazers is worth doing it is step access so to stay here you do need to be mobile steps to your rooms and to reception it is in the middle of nowhere so if your happy to have one choice of restaurant it is fine"

"Ambience- excellent- tropical resort- beautiful pool . Really need a car although the shuttle coaches were very efficient and timely. Fully equipped apartment, although a new coat of paint in places would further enhance the apartment. "

"This property is not part of the pullman group, it is a privately owned unit. As such, the quality is not up to resort standard. The photos in the listing are very old and do not reflect the current standard. The outdoor furniture is ripped, stained and mouldy. There is a significant amount of damage including mouldy dining chairs, stained carpet, broken blind fittings and the kitchen bench is black stained all over and needs to be replaced. "Very nice location to experience Daintree rainforest and Thornton Beach. Wonderful and friendly hosts. The lodge was excellent for larger mixed group. Cool place overall. Should have booked a few more days!"
