"Great, love it. One of the best location, underground connected to Taipei Main Station. Never worry about shopping, foods, & transportation. Room in very good condition. Only 1 small thing, front desk staff could use some smile when answering question or helping guest (me, speaking in English). I think they are too tense. Maybe language barrier problem? But overall, we love this hotel. "
