"Room was small requested middle floor got top requested bath got shower. Some of the bedroom doors wouldn't shut properly so had to slam them which isn't good when people come in late at night. Good points all clean and a really good breakfast "

Room and en-suite kept spotless, Guest House is located within 15 mins walking distance of Keswick centre, and is located in a picturesque and nice quiet spot. Breakfasts were very good. "I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hosts were fantastic – attentive and welcoming – and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and tidy, though a little on the small side. Parking was straightforward, which made the experience even more convenient."

"Fabulous Hotel. So warm comfortable and welcoming. Rooms were high standard. Bath with jets was lovely after a walk. Breakfast....too much to eat and so delicious! Staff attentive and friendly. "

"A lovely place run by a very nice couple. They prioritised cleaning our room to ensure we could check in early to get ready for a wedding. We had a cozy double and although small was great for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was amazing too. All in all, a lovely place to stay (with the added advantage of onsite parking in the centre of Windermere) "
