"We had a great stay at Grandium. We had a twin bed room, the room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very spacious, comes with all the toiletries. The best thing about this hotel is their breakfast buffet. It is big. It has lots of food options, food is delicious, serving from 6:30 to 10:30am. Free sparking wine as well. Location is perfect , situated right next to Wenceslas Square. The only negative thing we have to say is the bathtub as it has no door or shower curtains, only a very small glass pane, we had to stand at the little corner to shower in order to prevent the water from splashing all over the place. Overall, this is a great hotel and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Rooms were ready by 10am, not charge for early check-in. The reception staff are happy to book your trips / advise you of things to do and they are not pushy."

"A pristine clean property very well located to the Old City Square. The rooms were large and comfortable decorated in the old Prague graceful style. Everything from the front door to your bed was immaculately clean. Reception staff were efficient and welcoming. Shops and sightseeing were very close. Breakfast was adequate and very busy - the hotel is larger than it looks with some tour groups. Sadly some guests (tour group guests) were very greedy which put me off my meal. Despite a sign saying "No Takeaways" from the dining room people were making sandwiches 5 slices thick for themselves and again for their partners - they even came prepared with zip lock plastic bags to put the food into - it was disgusting. They then also took about 5 pieces of fruit each too. Other guests are paying for this greed! The wait staff are very busy working hard. The Manager stood in the reception dong nothing - he should have been walking around the dining area and when he sees this he should put a note in front of the person saying that all takeaway food will be charged to their account - that would stop them. This was the only negative of this hotel - why should I pay for a couple to take a loaf of bread and fillings and fruit for their lunch every day - very poor manners and behaviour."

"We spent one night at the hotel while traveling to attend the concert celebrating Smetana's 200th birthday, which was organized by the hotel. The event was well-prepared and held to a high standard. We enjoyed coffee at Pupp and dined at the restaurant Nova Dvorana. Unfortunately, we could not try the Grand Restaurant as it was fully booked, so I recommend making a reservation in advance. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We stayed in an "old-style" room, which is in need of some refurbishment. For example, the room lacked a USB connection for charging devices, and the bathroom had a somewhat outdated design. However, everything was clean and well-maintained."
