"The unit is as good overall, and the biggest disappointment was the shower. Fix the floor. It created an unsanitary mental state since the water doesn’t drain completely. The place had character, kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities which was nice to be able to cook. "

"This little apartment is on the ground floor and was easy for my grandparents to access. It is not super fancy, but it does have your basic amenities for a comfortable stay, including a large soaker bath! My son enjoyed the bath the most. It is actually right next store to a huge Wal-Mart if you forgot, or need anything. My only suggestion would have been a coffee pot for the grandparents. "The bathroom was very obviously dirty. Found some trash laying around when we got there. And the water leaked out of the tank in the commode, so it wouldn’t flush! We had to find something to fill it up with from the water in the tub every time we needed to flush it! The rugs for the bathroom were left in the dryer so I didn’t have anything to step out onto the first time I took a shower. The bed did look clean. Was very thankful for that!"
