Great communication via phone and once in the apartment, everything was very clean, plenty of supplies/ utensils for cooking etc. the apartment was quite, clean and felt very safe. "The bathroom was very obviously dirty. Found some trash laying around when we got there. And the water leaked out of the tank in the commode, so it wouldn’t flush! We had to find something to fill it up with from the water in the tub every time we needed to flush it! The rugs for the bathroom were left in the dryer so I didn’t have anything to step out onto the first time I took a shower. The bed did look clean. Was very thankful for that!"

"My husband and I stayed in the very nice property. The host was very accommodating and everything was as pictured and it is very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The Woodland area is great. Lots of shopping and great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the host for everything. The bed was very comfortable. I always like to comment on the bed and bedding."

"Surroundings of property were shabby at best. Owner gave detailed instructions that were more micromanagement which include smalled typed multiple pages. NOT 2 bedroom. Pull out sofa was terrible so owner provided a foam topper that was very dirty. Bathroom sink was copper so owner warned us not to use any soap/chemical except the provided hand soap. (We used the kitchen sink to brush our teeth and shave.) We paid a fee for our well behaved dog yet the owner kept reminding us not to let him...

"Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. This was a great location in Houston Heights, since the green belt and HEB bookend the block. "

"This home was perfect for our family of adult children and grandkids. One of our daughters was married nearby on Friday, so it was nice to relax the rest of the weekend. We used the pool and spa, used the pool table in the garage, watched football and cooked out on the grill... even made popcorn in the machine... this home had all of the amenities it advertised. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and/or needs we had. We would rent this home again for sure!"
