"The building itself was beautiful and the rooms were fantastic. The spa was nice and the location is perfect."

"We were terribly disappointed to be kept all night from the room next door having a room party. I contacted reception at 3:30am and 05:00am who did ask the guest to quieten down, which they did for ten minutes then the music went back on. We literally had no sleep the entire night. The radiator wasn't working so had a plug in heater. No hand tissues in the bathroom. Cleanliness was poor."

"This was our second stay but we didn’t book breakfast as the cost of the room was already higher than the bed and breakfast we booked last time. One thing I was disappointed about in the room was the lack of biscuits! We were given some last time with the tea and coffee which was a nice treat"

"We had a really lovely large room which was much appreciated. Great location for shops, restaurants. some initial problems with parking which was quickly resolved. This was our second stay at the Novotel. Would stay again "

"Staff were very helpful and accommodating and the request that I may have had also one of the rooms was not up to standard so the staff managed to relocate us to a different room overall good stay not any issues whatsoever in a very pleasant and enjoyable experience"
