"Unfriendly staff. The men who worked the front desk were indifferent and not very welcomfurniture and warped mattress of the sofa was very uncomfortable. It appears that that the hotel is undergoing some renovation because some areas were roped off and oddly connected. The area and close proximity to the water and variety of eateries were the best thing about this hotel. In summary, it’s a glamorized Motel 6 with not so friendly staff. "

"The wellness center , one of the main reasons I chose the property, was closed for 2 months. There was no coffee machine, iron, robes and communication was limited in regards to the property. "Michaelangelo helped us every step of the way and even went out of his way to help us check in. He was amazing, thank you! The place is extremely clean, beautiful rooms, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is perfect for those who want to be near the downtown area.
