"The location from south beach and Ocean drive is incredible for the price. We stayed in the king suite and it sits right over the Italian restaurant downstairs and you hear their music blaring until close to midnight every day though. It was very hard to sleep because of that so be warned, I’m not sure if it’s this loud for every room. Also there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room which was quite the surprise. "Everything was fantastic. Front desk personnel were very helpful and accommodating. The owners of the room were super nice and very responsive, they even left extra towels at the desk for us. There is easy access to Ocean Drive and the beach is barely a three minute walk away. The room was great, very spacious and clean. There is a CVS 2 blocks from the facility, which was nice for stocking up on essentials. The concierge were friendly, but it is worth noting that their role does not involve support for any issues with your room~you must call the rental management company.
