"Great place to stay while attending an event at the Convention Center, one block away. Parking is very easy at a public secure lot cater-cornered to the apartment building, charging $20 a day. Area feels very safe. CVS and places to eat within a block away. The restaurant at The Plymouth Hotel is wonderful (1 block away) as is The Rum Room (1 block away). Having a Keurig was nice. Gladly would stay again. "

"I loved my ocean view hotel! However, after the shower I walked to the living room and my husband was sleeping when someone was knocking on our door as of though they gonna open on our door. Therefore, my husband asked who is it on our door and they said maintenance then he went away. I told the guy and lady at front office and I told what happened but they didn’t nothing. I thought you should cameras in the hotel and who was on my door."

"The property is well managed, there is no staff on site, but they respond quickly to any questions. Our room was clean, but pretty small, especially the bathroom. The area is safe and quiet, a great location to explore Little Havana. Downtown Miami is easily accessible by free trolley connecting to other public transportation."
