Ponderosa Creekside Lodge near Mt Rushmore - Fireplace - Hot-tub - Mountain View

2.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"This place worked great for our quick trip to SD. We had two families with teens and there was a good amount of space for sleeping. Would have liked a second area for hanging out, as that was a little cramped with 8 of us, but other than that, it was great. We enjoyed having a hot tub and management was great with communication and accommodation requests. The property does not have a dishwasher or a disposal in the kitchen sink, so that made meal time a little more work. "

Gold Camp Cabins

1.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (300)
"This was a great place to stay. The cabin was wonderful, the quiet was excellent, and it was easy to access. I would have given 5 stars, but some basic amenities like hand soap and shower soap should be provided or it could be clearer that these basics will not be there. An extra blanket for anyone staying during the colder months would also be appreciated. Other than that, I loved it!"

Cozy & Private Custer Cabin w/ Hiking On-Site

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (29)
"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the major area attractions was a huge plus. What we didn't expect was how lovely the setting of this property is. Running just behind the cabin is the Mickelson Trail, perfect for a quiet walk. Beside the cabin is a small hill with several rows of 5' tall rock outcroppings. Our children spent hours safely exploring and playing right in the yard."
